Equipped with a new technology, I constructed a lighting underneath the tabletop according to customer requirements , so that the light shines through the epoxy resin filling of the tabletop. In combination with epoxy resin, a Kauri Wurzel wooden table can thus be additionally upgraded and becomes an incomparable unique specimen.

By working with the versatile transparent epoxy resin, not only can root-typical conditional natural growths such as cracks, bark and amber inclusions contained in the table surface be consolidated, and thus a root wood table can also be used safely as an easy-care dining table. Epoxy resin can also be used to make any Kauri table artistically impressive. This can be as described here a transillumination, it can also be ideal or valuable objects such as gold, precious stones, coins or jewelry inlaid as can be seen in the following picture of another table:

Another possibility is to colour the epoxy resin transparent or opaque as desired. You can also form naturally grown cracks in the tabletop as a river course or divide a tabletop in the middle and join the two halves again with a distance of approx. 5 - 10 cm and fill the gap with epoxy resin, which is also known colloquially as a river table.
